From the name snake I am afraid and whatever kind of snakes poisonous and nonpoisonous I'm still afraid. They are animals and they don't know anything but kill prey that they can find. We all know that there are many kinds of snakes but today I will share a short information about Python snake. Python are muscular and large but they are nonpoisonous snakes of boa family. Python kill their prey by constricting or squeezing until it suffocates. Python get big and can swallow small babies animals like piglets and goats. The size of python is from 1 to 10 m (3 to 33ft) long and weigh up to 140 kg(300lb). For those people that are not afraid about nonpoisonous snakes I hope you will be afraid now. Remember animals is animals and they kill what they can find. Snake is a scary creature and I am much afraid about it.

Where can you find python snakes? You can find them in the tropical and subtropical regions of Asia, Australia, Africa and in the pacific islands. As for female snake, they lays 15 to 100 eggs and brood them until they hatch. The python snake in Southeast Asia is among the largest snakes as it reach a length of 10 meter. Python mature when they are 5 to 6 years old and the larger they get the larger prey they needed.

The python snake prefer to catch prey by ambush, they also lie and wait for prey to come by. They strike like a lightning speed.Python snake has sensor organ that can help them detect odor from potential prey. They can swim and climb in trees. Old python snake have few enemies but the small python have a lot of enemies such as large birds, crocodiles, lizards and other big predatory animals.
